Make an appointment at the Gesundheitspunkt
At the Gesundheitspunkt you can make appointments directly online, by eMail or by phone. As an already registered Gesundheitspunkt-patient you have all 3 possibilities at your disposal, new patients please use eMail or phone.
We will remind you of agreed appointments in good time via SMS. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we expect a cancellation 24h in advance. For unexcused absence we charge CHF 50.00.
Registration
For patients who are already registered at the Gesundheitspunkt
You can make a consultation appointment of 20 min. Reserve with your primary care physician. This is sufficient for the completion of most concerns. If you need more time, the time reserved online can be used for an initial consultation and then follow-up appointments can be scheduled in consultation with the physician.
New: Evening consultation hours Tue and Thu from 17:30-19:00
Our evening consultation hours with a reduced team can only be booked on the same day. Our aim is to give working people the opportunity to see a doctor on the same day after work in the event of an acute illness. Diagnostic tests (laboratory, ECG, lung function, X-ray) are only possible to a limited extent. Telephone and e-mail are not answered during evening consultation hours.
